One of the biggest myths about confidence is that confident people are always extrovert and talk loads. Introverted people are just as able to be confident and confidence does not always equate to being the life and soul of the party or talking loads. You might just as easily find a confident introvert making quiet conversation with the guest of honor at a party, happily enjoying a walk with friends or giving a speech at a wedding.
Are you a confident introvert? Is a lack of confidence impacting how you relate to others? Please share your thoughts in the comments below to gain encouragement, insight and support from our community, we’d love to hear from you.
Following using psychology to transform my life, I founded Accessible Psychology to help empower others to live the life they long for. My journey is living testimony that no matter where you are, absolutely everyone can apply psychology in order to lead more fulfilling lives.
