Confidence In Action: List Something You Lack Confidence In And Brainstorm!

Take five minutes today to list a situation you typically lack confidence in. Give one example of how you can…
- Prepare
- Be sincere and…
- Alter your body language (HINT: Open body language gestures)
…in order to foster more external confidence. Then practice doing these things for ten minutes, imagining how it will help you and visualizing its positive impact when the situation emerges in future.
The next time you find yourself in the situation just simply do as you practiced to foster more external confidence.
Did you do today’s exercise? Did you find practicing helped you feel more able to tackle the situation in future? How did you decide to change your body language? Please share your thoughts in the comments below to gain encouragement, insight and support from our community, we’d love to hear from you.
